OK, we’ll admit it – we’re addicted to sweet chilli sauce. Have been since the nineties. Hot and sweet? Yes please. So to our traditional tempeh recipe of just three ingredients we add a squirt or two of our desert island condiment, made with chillies, garlic and vinegar – all organic of course. Top tip: it’s delicious eaten straight from the box.
There we were on holiday, minding our own business, when we ate a meal that would change our lives forever. We’d never even heard of tempeh. Soon we’d be hatching a plan to launch our own super-tasty take on this ancient local superfood.
